Tortilla Chips!

I love making tortilla chips from tortilla's. A little soy sauce goes a long way!

INGREDIENTS

2 corn tortillas (Trader Joe's), sliced into pie slices
4 Tbsp. of vegetable oil
A couple shakes of soy sauce
salt to taste

METHOD

  1. In a frying pan, heat up the oil. And once hot, add the tortilla pieces.
  2. Shake some soy sauce in, careful it pops.
  3. Turn over your chips when they get brown, let them get crunchy and then transfer to paper towel lined plate to dry and cool.
  4. Shake some salt and you're done!
