This tastes how it looks: delicate, savory and you're gonna need another one.

INGREDIENTS

1 egg
some chopped green onions
fresh black pepper to taste

METHOD

  1. Place an egg in boiling water and boil for 5.5 minutes. If you put more than one egg, you need to increase time, by a minute per egg. Really it's just an experimental thing, every pot and stovetop work differently.
  2. After those minutes, pour a glass of ice cold water in pot, and then remove eggs to cold water to chill.
  3. Peel and serve.
