Soft Boiled Egg

This tastes how it looks: delicate, savory and you're gonna need another one.
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
some chopped green onions
fresh black pepper to taste
METHOD
- Place an egg in boiling water and boil for 5.5 minutes. If you put more than one egg, you need to increase time, by a minute per egg. Really it's just an experimental thing, every pot and stovetop work differently.
- After those minutes, pour a glass of ice cold water in pot, and then remove eggs to cold water to chill.
- Peel and serve.
