Vegan Garlic Mashed Potatoes
You won't miss the butter or the milk in these mashed potatoes! With soy options abound, there's no need to rob a cow....just sit back and relax with this yummy for the tummy comfort food option.
INGREDIENTS
5 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced
1 whole garlic bulb, peeled 1/4 cup of warmed original soy milk (not vanilla) 1 cup of melted vegan margarine 2 Tbsp. salt (for the water) 1 Tbsp. of 21 season blend from Trader Joe's Rosemary optional (best to soften in warm water) METHOD
