This is such a special treat. How I love it, so good to eat. Any time, night or day, best of all, it's fun to say.

INGREDIENTS

1 slice of bread, usually wheat or whole grain
1 egg
Butter

METHOD

  1. Find the right size glass, maybe a wine glass? to press/poke out a hole in the middle of your bread. (on a cutting board)
  2. Then put some butter in your frying pan, and place bread positive and negative in pan.
  3. Pour in egg.
  4. Fry, turn.
  5. Remove when desired cookedness is achieved of yolk.
  6. Soooo good!
