My boyfriend said these are the best cookies he ever had, and he HATES that I'm gluten free.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups of sorghum flour
3/4 cups of almond meal
1 tsp. of baking powder
1 tsp. of baking soda
1/2 tsp. of salt
2 Tbsp. of corn starch
3/4 cups of butter, softened
2 eggs
2 tsp. of vanilla
3/4 cups of brown sugar
1/2 cup of sugar
1 16 oz. bag of milk chocolate chips

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a large bowl combine flour, meal, baking soda, baking powder, salt, corn starch.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine sugars, beat in eggs, add vanilla.
  4. Add your sugar mixture slowly to flour. Once well combined, add chocolate chips and nuts if desired.
  5. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet. These ones spread so start small.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Keep a watchful eye when baking cookies as just one commercial or one phone call can mean a world of difference for your cookies!
