Date 'n Nut No-Bake Cookies

These little descendants of heaven are naturally gluten free, dairy free, raw, vegan, and soooooo yummie!
INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cups chopped fresh dates, pitted
3/4 cup of ground almond meal
3/4 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup chopped sliced almonds
1/2 cup sliced almonds for rolling in
squeeze of honey
METHOD
- In a bowl combine the dates, almond meal, coconut, and the chopped nuts and mix together with hand until all ingredients are thoroughly worked through. If more moisture is needed, squeeze a little honey in.
- It should be moist enough to be able to clump in one big ball. Then pinch small amounts off and roll into bite size balls, roll in the almond slices, and lay on wax paper or separate surface, slightly flattening if you want more of a cookie shape. Serve!
