Foods rich in antioxidants are yummy too!

Everyone knows garlic and onions are rich in antioxidants and have health-promoting effects in a diet. But did you know eggplant is not so shabby either? The purple guy is rich in phenolics and anthocyanins, which may lower your risk of cancer, promote healthy aging, improve memory and reduce inflammation. But what if you put all three together?  Then nothing is going to shake your tree down!
